About Us
FREDS, which stands for Forest Recruitment and Educational Development Services, is a family business built from the heart.
Our Story
Founded in 2021 after the arrival of our son Freddie, hence the name (later joined by his sister Indie), FREDS was created to combine professional expertise with family values – building something that not only supports our own family but also offers affordable, high-quality childcare and clubs for others in the community.

With backgrounds in education, sport, and recruitment, we bring together experience in teaching, coaching, and compliance to ensure every aspect of FREDS runs to the highest standard.
Our staff are recruited in-house at elite level only, with all vetting and safeguarding handled by us, giving families complete peace of mind.
Our Process and Standards
At FREDS we pride ourselves on having fun but never at the sacrifice of safety. ​​
We ensure the safest possible conditions for fun, including vigorous DBS checks on each and every staff member, who are supported by and include fully trained Paediatric First Aiders.

FREDS ensure to employ a wide range of specialist paediatric professionals, from PE teachers/coaches to site managers and play leaders. Your peace of mind is optimal, so we make sure our staff are experienced and highly qualified, leaving your children in safe hands, always.
